Being able to give away free ArtResin to our Instagram community is awesome, but the best part of using the hashtag #artresin is getting to see the incredible, interesting ways that artists all over the world get creative with resin.Take this month's winner @mothermetalart for example. For a start, how cool is it that she embosses metal by hand? She then takes it next level, painting and embedding it in beautifully tinted ArtResin.
The results are the most beautiful suncatchers ( that could pass for stained glass ), coasters, cubes and other resin art pieces that make you long to be by the ocean.

Inspired by her St. John's, Newfoundland home, her work is bright and colourful, paying tribute to her maritime surroundings: lighthouses, boats, birds, whales, jellyfish, and other ocean creatures are common images in her artwork. She often studs her resin work with pebbles, shells, beachglass and other treasures found on nearby beaches.
