We love seeing the work of our customers, from the biggest canvas to the smallest piece of resin jewellery, we see it all! What really excites us, though, is to see artists who use innovative techniques to take their work from great ... to amazing!
Take Danish artist Julie Marie, for example: she creates dreamy, colourful fluid artwork from alcohol ink on yupo paper. Beautiful in their own right, Julie Marie then takes her art next level: using her paintings as her base and nature as her inspiration, she transforms her flow art into flowers, intricate pieces of coral or landscapes inspired by the Australian surroundings she now calls home.
Using the colour scheme and the organic shapes in each piece to guide her, Julie Marie uses a paint marker to draw out her vision ( she even provides a pictorial on her website showing her process! )
