1. ArtResin has a Resin Calculator
- Enter your dimension and the calculator will let you know how much resin you need and which kit to buy.
2. ArtResin has a shelf life
- If the bottles remain unopened, ArtResin will stay crystal clear for 12 months from the date of manufacture (found on the bottle label).
- Once opened, it’s best to use it within 6 months from the date of manufacture.
- For this reason, it’s best to buy what you’ll use within a 6 month period.
- However, if you find yourself with some resin past its use-by date, don’t throw it out!
- Here are 4 creative ways to use older resin.
3. Follow the label instructions
- Measure accurately and mix thoroughly for the best results.
4. Temperature matters
- For best results, the room temperature should be 75-85°F (24-30°C) for the first 24 hours.
