How To Resin Mosaic

Gather your mosaic tiles. You can outline your design in pencil directly onto the wood panel before you start or you can create your own abstract design when you place the tiles.

Wearing gloves, measure and mix the ArtResin according to instructions.
💡 TIP: If you're not sure how much ArtResin you need for the size of your panel, enter the dimensions of your piece into our Resin Calculator.
- Pour the resin in the center of the panel and use a flat-edged spreading tool to guide it evenly over the entire surface.
- Place the tiles one by one into the resin, following the outline from step 1. ArtResin is an adhesive so it will keep your pieces mounted to the board once it cures.

Once all the tiles have been mounted, use an Artist’s Torch to remove bubbles.
- Cover and allow the resin to cure. After 24 hours, the resin will be dry to the touch and will be fully cured after 72 hours.
